How it works

Three steps, and two of them are mine

  1. 1 System reviewAbout 20 minutes

I ask how work actually reaches you today, show you the parts that are relevant, and tell you which plan fits — including if the answer is none of them.

  2. 2 I build and configure it7–10 days from receiving your materials

Site, service pages, forms, response rules, review flow, scheduling. Your business rules get configured, not a template's defaults.

  3. 3 Review, approve, launchAbout 25 minutes

We walk it together and I change things while you watch. It goes live when you say so — not before.

The gap

You're doing the work. Your next customer is already calling.

Nothing here is a marketing problem. It's five ordinary moments in a working week where the job quietly goes to somebody else.

  1. 01 The call comes while you're under a sink

It goes to voicemail. They don't leave one. They call the next result.

  2. 02 The form sits until morning

It came in at 6:40 PM. By 8 AM they've already had two other people out.

  3. 03 They can't book without talking to you

Some people will phone. A lot of them just won't.

  4. 04 Nobody asks for the review

You did great work. It never reaches the profile people actually check.

  5. 05 The site doesn't hold up on a phone

The number isn't tappable. They pinch, zoom, give up. Eight seconds, gone.

Your work already shows your standards.
Your website and follow-up should too.

Twenty minutes. I'll tell you which plan fits, or that none of them do. Either way you'll leave with a couple of things you can fix on your Google listing yourself.
