Roadmap
What we’re building next
A short list of what is being worked on, and a longer one of what is deliberately not. This page exists so you can see where the service is going without being sold something that does not exist yet.
Nothing on this page is part of what you buy today, and nothing here has a date.
Buy the service for what it does now — a managed website, missed-call text back, review requests, follow-up and scheduling. If something below ships and you want it, we will talk about it then. Please do not sign up because of anything on this page.
Being worked on
A front desk that answers the phone
Missed-call text back catches the customer after you miss them. The next step is answering before that happens — something that picks up when you cannot, works out what the job is, and books it against your real calendar.
Answer, ask the three questions you would ask, and put a real appointment on your calendar. Hand the call to you the moment it is out of its depth, and tell the caller that is what it is doing.
It has to beat your voicemail on its worst day, not impress on its best one. A system that mishandles one emergency call costs a contractor more than it saves across a year of answered ones. That is the whole reason this is a roadmap item and not a feature.
What has to be true before it goes near a paying client
- The core system proven with real contractors first
- Callers told plainly that they are speaking to an automated system, every time
- A tested handoff to a human, and a way to reach you when it fails
- Recording, consent and retention rules reviewed before a single live call
- Run against my own phone line long enough to trust it before it touches yours
Deliberately not building
Things that are not on the list at all
A roadmap is only worth reading if it also says no. These are not oversights and they are not coming later.
Spending your ad budget and billing you for the privilege is a different business. Find someone who does only that.
Your site is built so Google can read what you do and where. Beyond that, a monthly fee against rankings nobody controls is not something I will sell.
One change a month is included. “Unlimited” is a promise that gets quietly broken the first month somebody takes it seriously.
Marketing texts need prior written consent. A past job is not consent. Email to your own past customers is a different matter and is already included.
About this page
No dates, on purpose
A date on a roadmap is a promise, and a missed one is a reason not to trust the rest of what I tell you. So there are none here. What is on this page changes as things actually ship, and anything that ships stops being a roadmap item and appears on the pricing page instead.
The part that exists today is the part worth talking about.
Twenty minutes, no deck, and I will tell you if it is not a fit.
